1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IG Business Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IG Business Manager is a web application that allows users to manage their Instagram Business account by:

  • Viewing, replying to, hiding, and deleting comments on their Instagram posts.
  • Reading and responding to direct messages sent to their Instagram Business account.
  • Viewing account overview and engagement statistics.

The App requires a Facebook account with at least one Facebook Page connected to an Instagram Business account.

3. Account and Authentication

  • You must authenticate through Facebook Login to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account credentials.
  • You must have the necessary admin or editor permissions on the Facebook Page(s) you wish to manage.
  • You may revoke the App's access at any time through your Facebook App Settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App beyond its intended functionality.

5. Facebook and Instagram Policies

Your use of the App is also subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring that your actions through the App comply with Meta's platform policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IG Business Manager and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
