How to Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time using any of the methods described below.

Option 1: Remove the App from Facebook

When you remove IG Business Manager from your Facebook account, we automatically receive a data deletion callback from Meta and will remove all your stored data within 48 hours.

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
  2. Find IG Business Manager in the list of active apps.
  3. Click Remove to revoke access and trigger data deletion.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

You can also request data deletion by sending an email to support@igbusinessmanager.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Facebook account.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we remove the following from our systems:

  • Your Facebook profile information (name, email, user ID)
  • All Facebook Page data and Page Access Tokens
  • All Instagram Business account information
  • All session data and authentication tokens
  • Any webhook event data associated with your account

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will not be able to use the App after your data has been deleted unless you reconnect your Facebook account.

Confirmation

After your data has been deleted, you can verify by attempting to log into the App. If the deletion was successful, you will be treated as a new user with no previous data.
